All the rates are based on half day booking from 09.00 am to 13.00 pm / 14.00 am to 18.00 pm or a full day booking from 09.00 am to 18.00 pm

HMI lighting will requre an additional electricity charge depending on usage.

Is the Hire Studio and Gallery Covid 19 prepared ?

 

We have made every effort to follow the government guidelines on Covid 19 safety including hand santitation stations and deep cleaning after each booking. We would ask our clients to respect the social distancing rules and use PPE where applicable.

 

 

What are the opening times of the Hire Studio and Gallery ?

 

The Hire Studio and Gallery is open from 09.00 am until 18.00 pm. We offer additional hours outside of these times. All additional times are based on an hourly rate, please see the rates page for prices.

 

 

When do I need to pay for my booking ?

 

We would ask that you pay in full for the basic hire of the Studio at the time of the booking. Additional services such as food can be paid for on the day of the booking using Paypal.

 

 

Is the Hire Studio and Gallery open at the weekends and Bank Holidays ?

 

We can offer weekend, evening or bank holiday opening. Please see the rates page for prices.

 

 

Do I need insurance before the booking ?

 

We ask that you have Public Liability Insurance up to 2 million GBP and where necessary Employers Liability Insurance.

 

 

Is there catering available ?

 

Yes we can organise catering. Please let us know your requirements and any special arrangements you or your clients might require.

 

 

 

What are the disabled arrngements ?

 

There is ramp access available to the Hire Studio and Gallery front door and the toilet. There is a hand rail in the toilet to assist disabled occupants. Please let us know in advance of any disabled reqiuirements and we will do what we can to accomodate them

 

 

Are my vehicles insured in the car park ?

 

Unfortunately vehicles are not insured in the car park. The car park and the area in front of the building is quite safe but we would ask that you leave nothing on display and make sure the vehicles are locked.

 

 

Will I be charged for accidental damage during the booking period ?

 

Where damage has occured to the Hire Studio and Gallery, furniture, pictures or equpment, we ask that you pay the replacement value of the items.
